45001 Migration

ISO45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System was released in March 2018. More information can be found here (ISO45001).

As the standard is now live forward-thinking organisations can stay a step ahead by starting the migration process now. No need to wait, migrate at your next surveillance. ARGoMAS are ready to assist organisations with their migration arrangements.

Major changes with ISO45001:2018 include:

  • Organisational context
  • Increased emphasis on top management ‘leadership’
  • Managing change
  • Performance and evaluation
  • Risk-based thinking and process approach

To support the changes that have an impact on your certification ARGoMAS is pleased to offer a range of support options designed to help with your gradual transition to the revised standards. ARGoMAS will provide clients with the necessary information and agree how and when you want to transition to the new standards. Our services range from support packages to facilitate a self-managed transition to a full support package. We offer step-by-step guidance and continual evaluation.

Each of these standards are being brought into alignment with the requirements of Annex SL, which defines the framework for a generic management system and will share a common structure and common text with the other ISO management systems. All new ISO standards will adhere to this framework.
